My tattoo was done by Ryan Neri, at Granted Ink Studios in Orlando, FL! 

The lyrics are “It’s not about forcing happiness, it’s about not letting sadness win” written by Dan Campbell of the band The Wonder Years. These lyrics mean so much to me because I have been struggling with depression since I was a child and everyday had been a battle to wake up trying to force a smile upon my face and to pretend that everything was okay when it really wasn’t. After interviewing Dan Campbell for Inspirer. Nu Magazine, I realized that I needed these words on me, and I needed them on me forever.
